Elysium is a bespoke ERP system built for Ashby, a trade sign supplier with a 20-year history. We were commissioned to design and build the platform, and continue to offer hosting and maintenance support.
The scope of the platform is wide, covering a range of business operations from phone calls (through the browser using Twilio), through to products, quotes, order management, and more.

We contracted Mooloo Media to replicate and improve upon an existing CRM software that had been used for the previous fifteen years we had built and developed in house.
An initial four week consultation was agreed and Neill attended our premises to really understand the fundamentals of the existing platform included what did and didn’t work, our business systems and ethos and our customers.
Contracts for works carried out were clearly defined and reviewed impartially. Markers or milestones in planning and development phases were regimentally conformed to, yet throughout development minor alterations were allowed with an understanding that reflected the impossibility of attaining all information necessary from the start of specification.
Completion and implementation of the software was adjudged correctly by Neill and Alex to need to be staged which enabled a smooth transition to the new software.
Post launch, there was a real intensity to resolving any issues that arose, with an understanding from Mooloo to focus on pertinent problems.
Succinctly put, a real find.
